Lexis is a very helpful and friendly host and the location is close to the city. The pets there are also extremely adorable. A very good place to stay!

Lexis was an awesome host. He was very responsive and welcoming. I felt comfortable immediately and I would recommend his Airbnb to anyone staying in Perth. The location is great also. Easiest 5 stars I’ve given on this app.

I had a great stay at Lexis's place. You've got your lovely private area in his house. Located just outside the free transit zone, it is very easily accessible by public transport, the closest bus stop is only less than 1 minute walk away. If you walk 5 minutes, you will find a bus stop situated inside the free transit zone, which can take you to Perth Busport (central bus station next to Yagan Square) in just a few minutes for absolutely free. Also you can reach Leederville train station in 15-20 minutes walk, and you will also find many nice restaurants there. Lexis is super welcoming and a great host, also his cat and dog are really cute, I would definitely recommend his private room in Perth!

Lexis is very supportive and his place was sooo nice! Very clean and comfy. Many delicious restaurants nearby, I like the Cambodian restaurant my bayon😊. Very happy to stay here for a few days. Lexis and Jenna are amazing! HHHigh recommened
