Honestly a beautiful stay with Casey and Michael. Everything was beautifully clean and incredibly peaceful. Only downfall is that there was genuinely no reception at all while we were in the airbnb and generally in the surrounding area so make sure you are ready to truly log off for your entire stay. Nothing a drive to town wont solve. This stay is perfect for couple who want true peace and quiet.
The Shed is one of the best Airbnbs we ever stayed in. The place is immaculate and clean. We loved the view of the rolling hills and spent the evenings watching the sunset and listening to the birds. We loved watching the thousands of stars in the sky at night and truly enjoyed staying in the middle of nowhere. We loved that there was a full kitchen and the bathroom is really big and clean with a laundry too. My wife and I went on a few walks and loved our visit to the quaint and charming little town of Dungog. We highly recommend tasting the craft beers at the Tinshed brewery in Dungog. Casey and Michael were friendly and helpful. People in the neighbouring community are friendly and courteous. Overall, we loved the stay and would highly recommend The Shed for anyone who wants to enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse themselves in the serenity of nature.
Great place. Super clean and private even though the owner's house is close to The Shed. We never met the owner and they fully respected our privacy.
We had such a lovely stay at The Shed, the location was peaceful and relaxing. Casey and Michael are so welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was so comfortable and warm despite it being winter. Although there is a fire place and hot/cold air con we didn’t need it. A perfect rural get away to relax, read books and they have a huge range of dvds if you’d like a movie. Everything was so clean and the kitchen had what we needed to make our breakfast before heading out to explore. We had so much fun and will definitely keep this as a favourite so that I can come back and stay again. Thank you Casey & Michael it was a pleasure meeting you and a pleasure staying at The Shed.
