This place is awesome! It was perfect for our family of five. My favorite part was the screened in porch! The kids loved the sky chair. There were plenty of towels and good quality ones. They had everything we needed in the kitchen including containers for food. We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.

Poplar Point Cottage on the lake is a small but very cute and practical place that has great outdoor living space. Ideal for two adults and two younger children. The deck area and dock is just amazing. Unfortunately we stayed in the cooler time of year and the family wasn’t that interested in spending time outside. The cottage is located about 50 minutes from downtown Columbia, just in case you are considering staying there to be close to your Gamecock.

The perfect getaway spot! Gretchen was great from the day we booked until check out. The cottage was so cute and cozy with all the amenities needed for a beautiful secluded stay! I would definitely recommend and return!
