Mike and Delphine were friendly and responsive in all their communication. The location was convenient for the city centre and easy walking distance to the concert venue we were going to. The only drawback was a strong smell of damp throughout the flat.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable and we had all the things needed for a comfortable stay. Mike was very responsive to our questions. The flat was perfectly located for exploring Cardiff and the parking space and permit was a real bonus!

Exactly as expected from the description. Cosy and welcoming. Easy 10 min walk at most from the station. Perfect for our requirements

Mike and Delphine were very responsive to my concerns and did their best to rectify them. However, overall I had the impression that no one was overseeing the quality or general ambience of the interior. When I arrived, there were 5 fragrance emitters in the apartment which meant the place smelled heavily of chemicals. I was staying for a week and prefer to cook and I found the kitchen poorly equipped and missing basic things such as a potato peeler, a drying rack, adequate pots and pans, tea towels, etc. The coffee was out of date and the tea and coffee supply did not look fresh or appetising. There was a clock on the wall that had stopped. The interior could do with a fresh coat of paint to match the photos. Walls are thin and one can hear the neighbours above and next door. The property is conveniently located and with the possibility to park for free outside of the flat, it is well connected transport wise. Think twice for long stays.
