第一次在国外尝试民宿，也想让家人有一次不一样的体验，比较了很久最终选择了Kip的房子。事实也没有让我失望～ Kip非常热心和善，在出行前给了我们很多建议和帮助、怕我们开错路特意把我们带到目的地才开走、每天都会送来新鲜的鸡蛋.... 到达的时候大家都为没有空调而担忧，然而担忧是多余的，晚上居然要盖薄被子～ 远离都市生活，回归自然，很棒的体验！

The house was tucked away and was quiet and peaceful. It was wonderful for the kids to play outside safely. The house was spacious enough for all of us and the kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful property!

Idyllic setting in three acres of forest. Fell asleep to the sound of frogs and woke to birdsong. I was visiting my daughter who is at school here, so it was a casual base, and we often just hung out on the lanai in between forays around the island. Bedrooms were super comfortable and bathrooms spacious. Living space was a little unusual with the furniture arrangement but as we spent most of our relaxing time on the porch it didn't matter. Full kitchen with everything you could need. Fresh eggs, trampoline, swingset, water toys - Kip and Jeri offered it all, and were easy to get hold of. The highlight was the tranquility. Fabulous!

What a great find! Kip and Jeri's place was an amazing, peaceful escape for us adults and a kid's paradise with tons to occupy them outdoors. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and the host was attentive and responded to questions quickly. The location was ideal for us--equidistant from Hilo and Volcanoes NP. The food offerings in Kea'au definitely fulfilled our needs; the poke at Foodland was convenient and plentiful. Mahalo for a perfect getaway!
