If you don’t mind driving, our dining recommendations are Pineapple Restaurant in Hilo, FORC Restaurant in Waimea, Merrimans Restaurant in Kamuela, Pueo’s Osteria in Waikoloa Village, and Beach Tree Restaurant in Kailua-Kona for spectacular sunsets. Lovely view and well stocked house. Very clean and lots of instructions around the house to make sure you know how everything works. The only thing I would add would be more comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. The location is so peaceful we wanted to spend time lounging and enjoying the view and breeze, but the couches inside and the chairs outside weren't the best for comfort.

Awesome stay with great location to watch whales right from patio. Sunrise was awesome. Little away from Hilo and other attractions. But worth the drive.

We loved our stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The view is just stunning. Every morning, we had coffee on the lanai watching and listening to the waves crashing on the cliffs. The location was great for us - about half an hour from Hilo for shopping, restaurants, and beaches and about half an hour from Volcanoes National Park. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.
