Pro: Gorgeous location and home. Safe area and friendly neighbors. The sounds of the waves hitting the cliffs was so soothing every night. Con: Not yet set up completely for having a large number of guests, pool guy sid it was just made into a rental. We had to bring items from smaller kitchens in the back house up to the full kitchen in the main house to prepare meals for the family and still had to get creative. I have sent a list to the owner. FYI: Trip time to any of the sites was at least 30 minutes, and almost 2 hours to Kona. Volcano Park is closest site. Food delivery places were sparse. We found 2 grocery stores within reach. The house did get hot and sticky during the day because of no AC. Mini-splits in the main rooms would have been amazing.

My family stayed at Cliff House for a week. Everything was just like the pictures, and the view was beyond beautiful! When we arrived, Susan was very responsive with anything that we needed. She even left us a welcoming gift! We had access to both the single story and the two stories. Both of the homes had amazing views and were very clean. I can honestly say that we've made some unforgettable memories at Cliff House. Mahalo Susan, for everything, we enjoyed our stay!
