Terry's home and the location are wonderful. It's private and is perched on a cliff directly on the ocean with amazing sunrise views! The home is well maintained with all of the amenities that one would require. It matched exactly what we were looking for during our stay on the "Hilo side" of Hawaii. 10/10.

It was better in person than the pictures suggest. And the pictures make your jaw drop. The sounds of the ocean and the views from the decks and yard never get old. There are plenty of places on the property to hang outside out of the rain when its wet. It feels like you're out in the country. The lots on either side are unoccupied so it seems like there's no one else nearby. No tourists and people in the neighborhood are friendly. The kitchen makes cooking together more fun than going out.

The house was amazing! It is a little bit of a drive to get places but not something I was worried about. We actually cooked a lot of dinners. It has a fully stocked kitchen. Watching the sunrise a few mornings was just fantastic. It is just hard to put into words how gorgeous the view was. Already miss it. Terry was very helpful. Next time we go back we'll probably see what other places he has.
