Bill met us in the driveway to make sure we saw where to pull in. He was very welcoming and introduced us to other guests/family. We were in the area to visit our family for a birthday, Eclipse viewing and baseball game. What we needed was a clean quiet retreat to wind down and rest; Bill's place fit the bill! Clean and quiet, in a beautiful country setting. Thanks, Bill!

Bill es una de las mejores personas que conocí en mi vida, sin duda alguna es una persona muy amigable y servicial, con una comunicación excelente. Mi estadía fue increíble y es por eso que volveremos en unos meses a hospedarnos ahí, todo fue muy cómodo y tranquilo, pero sobre todo sentirse en casa fue la mejor parte del viaje, gracias Bill por hacer esto posible! Sin duda, uno de los mejores anfitriones en mi experiencia en Airbnb!

Bill and his place was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and to make us feel like it was home. He took time out to show us the house and because we was the only ones there he showed us all rooms. Anything you need just ask and believe me when I say he means it.The house and room was comfortable and exclusive and even though it was a shared environment it was private and relaxing. The hot tub was relaxing and hot and always ready. When we are in the area again this will be the place we stay. Highly recommend.

We appreciate Bill's hospitality very much. The room was clean and quiet. The location was pretty convenient, close to freeway, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops etc.

Bill was a super host and quite inviting, welcoming, and gracious host. He met me at my car and helped me with my bags. We shared a friendly chat about some personal shared experiences. He oriented me to the house, the rules, his beautiful pups, and the awareness of the other guests. I had everything I needed in the room for a one night’s stay. I slept well. Though there were other guests (a full house), it was quiet. Bill greeted me in the morning and checked with my satisfaction. Hospitable and kind. I wish I had been able to arrive early enough to partake of the beautiful and serene outdoor wooded property. Will stay there again on a future visit to Parkside Church.
