This uniqe apartment in the city center is on the basement floor in an old-styled Icelandic house that has been renovated. Walking distance to supermarket, geothermal swimming pool, tour operators and right next to Laugavegur which has a ton of restaurants and stores. Double bed, kitchenette, a luxurious bathtub and private laundry facilities. This studio apartment has sleeping arrangements for 2 guest, in a comfortable double bed. The apartment includes a kitchenette with necessary kitchen equipments, stove and coffee machine. The bathroom includes a large bath tub and from there you walk into a private laundry facility with washing machine, dryer and iron. A cozy sleeping/dining area, flat-screen TV and private entrance.

Wonderful weekend stay at this great little gem! The huge bath was fantastic and perfect to warm up after a day exploring. Kitchenette has everything you needed and the bed was big and very comfortable. Location ideal as right in the town but not on a street that was too busy. We would stay again.

Fabulous location and overall a great base to explore Reykjavík and Iceland. Easy walk to the bus stations, food hall, shops and harbour front. Would really recommend this place. If you’re a very light sleeper then consider earplugs as there is a bit of road noise and occasionally footsteps from the apartment above (definitely not something to put you off booking, just an FYI to make your stay as comfortable as possible!). Check in was easy and the apartment was clean and tidy. Overall would absolute recommend.
