Karen was very kind and a good host. Check in time flexible. Great water pressure on shower. Has cat(s) so if you are allergic take note.

My wife and I in our late sixties stayed two nights Older house in a very quite location with easy access to Tanglewood, Berkshire attractions and Great Barrington restaurants. Our bedroom was a good size and nicely furnished and decorated as was the rest of the house.Bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We had access to our room via a door off the front poarch which we also used to sit. Bathroom was not ensuite, rather accross the living room, but for our use only. Wifi was excellent. Karen was a gracious and friendly host with very good knowledge of the Berkshires, restaurants and directions. We would recommend the following restaurants: Castle Street Cafe, Baba Loui's (Great Barrington). Pleasant & Main (breakfast) and Berkshire Mt Bakerywithin walking distance of the house.

Karen was the perfect host for our weekend getaway. The room was quite, cool and comfy. Exactly what we needed for this type of short vacation. Also Karen provided us with great tips about the local attractions and things to do and see. Thanks to her, we were able to swim in hidden river and enjoy sunbathing by a beautiful lake.

Karen was very nice and welcoming upon or arrival. She gave great suggestions for breakfast/lunch places in the area as well as activities to do on our free time.
