It is a very nice area. The room was very nice and had everything I could possibly want or need. The bathroom and shower were clean and pleasant. If I return to that area my first choice would be to stay there again. Eric

Definitely worth a return visit. Place was just perfect for me. Cozy, comfortable & welcoming. Check in was a breeze. I had no issues that required me reaching out to Dusty, but I have every confidence she would have responded quickly & efficiently. Filtered water in the fridge a great bonus.

Dusty's place was comfortable, cozy and clean. It was perfect for a night's stay before an early flight at the Charlottesville airport. It was well stocked and had everything I needed and more.

Loved staying at Dusty and Bob’s! Cozy space with ease and convenience to get in/out of! Would highly recommend and would love to stay at again if ever in the area!

Nice place! Exactly as described and Dusty was very responsive when I had questions. I also appreciated the snack jar and the seltzers in the mini fridge! Although close to the airport, I only heard air traffic when I was outside, and even then it was minimal. Great place and I hope to stay here again.
