The location of Mitchell's home is perfect for those who want to walk to all that historic Bristol has on offer. Since we stayed for nearly a month, we loved having easy access to the East Bay bike path and the town common's pickleball courts for exercise. The finishes and furnishings in the apartment are a little spare but the place was absolutely spotless when we arrived. A few issues came up during our stay, but they were resolved quickly and easily with the help of a professional property manager. All-in-all, it was a great stay and we very much enjoyed our time in Bristol.

The good: - Great location, quiet, and bright (beautiful skylights). - Excellent parking. - Plenty of linens. - Comfortable beds. - Responsive host. Our concerns: - The apartment struck us as a high-end crash pad. It was okay for a few days since we were at the folk festival, but if a group were looking to having a relaxing stay, it is spare. - The furniture is covered in slip covers and the artwork is bland. - One of the dining room chairs could not support weight without bending. - The 2 flights of outdoor stairs leading to the front door swayed noticeably when we climbed up. I wasn't concerned about them falling, but one of our party was very uneasy with such obvious movement. - We were there during a hot time, and 1 bedroom and the living room were without air. We were a family w 2 adults and 3 teens. This was the perfect layout for us. Everything was 3-5 min from the house. Great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. That was appreciated. We will def book again if we are in the area.

1 bed room and living room doesnt have air conditioning. We went 3 couple with kids. Everyone was ashamed of the situation. 1 couple with 6 months kid had to stay in the non a/c room.
