DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT! This filthy apartment is a great location and great building, unfortunately that’s where the positives stop. The apartment is so dirty and dusty, I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing, I contacted the host and sent photos of the apartment and the host sent a “cleaner”, who did absolutely nothing, I took further photos. There was grease all up with the kitchen bench, the floor thick with dust, the TV unit had so much dust, you couldn’t tell what colour it was. I wiped out one of the wardrobe shelves with a wet wipe and after one wipe it was black. I found a dozen ‘half used’ hotel style shampoo/body wash items in the bathroom. I requested the host refund the money they charge me for cleaning because they clearly don’t use a cleaner, they offered me $45 of a $100+ cleaning charge, absolutely disgraceful . The other thing I will mention is the ONE bed that they have is horrendous, if you value your sleep and respect your body then book elsewhere.

The unit and building are nice and new. The gym was good. The aircon couldn’t seem to get the temperature in the apartment lower than about 23°C. The different fan speed settings didn’t seem to make much of a difference, the strongest setting still barely pushed out air with any force. The location is a quiet neighborhood. There are some shops and restaurants but they’re a few minutes walk away. Trying to get taxis here using Didi or 13cabs is not easy. Uber should be used.

Waited over an hour to get the correct key delivered as it was the wrong key in the lockbox. Lockbox located more for people driving to this apartment. Got inside, pictures look more glamorous. Nice apartment, very basic amenities 4 cups, 4 knives, 3 bowls etc. The bathroom still had short hair from a man shaving around the sink & hairs on the floor. The place could do with a lick of paint for the price & a deep clean. Overall comfortable, only stayed for 2 nights
