The waterfront cottage at Tahlee was wonderful. The view from the front verandah was stunning and we saw dolphins swimming past. We really enjoyed the walking trails and even though their are other people staying in other accommodations you feel like you are there by yourselves.

Tahlee is all the magic you didn’t know you need. It’s our second time there and definitely not our last. We saw bottlenose dolphins, turtles, kangaroos and endless birdlife. Incredible natural surroundings and so peaceful

My husband and I booked for 2 nights as a get away. The house is beautiful. Full of old features, a stunning floor, comfy and cosy. However there is no aircon. Unfortunately the nights we had booked ended up being some of the warmest of the year at nearly 30d. Even with the fans on and windows open for the sea breeze it was very hot and humid in the house. If the temp hadn’t been so high, the fans and breeze would have been perfect. There are some lovely walks, lots of wildlife and the enclosed ocean pool. We played the games provided and read our books. It was very relaxing. We had to cut our trip short, but we would go back again, just not in the middle of summer! The perfect place for a getaway from your busy life.
