We came in for the yearly family reunion and have been staying at a variety of places. This place was the best so far. Easy in and out. Cynthia the onsite manager greeted us at the house 20 minutes after we arrived and made herself available for anything we needed or any questions. We rented the 8 person cabin. It worked fine for our 5 adults and 3 children. There was a master with a suite and 2 other private bedrooms. 2 of the children slept on the hide-a-bed in the living space. We were not in the cabin much so it worked perfect for quick breakfast, quick lunch, showers after a full day at the ranch. We will be using the Riv again on a bi-annual basis for the family reunion.

Our stay at the Riv was fantastic! I definitely recommend staying here. Check in was fairly easy and if we needed anything Cynthia was heathers to help. If you’re looking to enjoy the river while avoiding the crowds. This is the place.

This was our third year staying here. We always love the peaceful atmosphere, quiet nature, and privacy of this absolutely beautiful river spot. I love that I don’t have to drive to the river, it’s just a short walk. Cynthia is very friendly and helpful!
