My family and I spent a night at Kimberly's place because we were attending an event in Christiana. The place is as described. It is very spacious, well-decorated, and attractive with enough amenities. Devon/Mark, the co-host/caretaker was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue when we checked in; and he apologized and dealt with it quickly.

Kimberly was a great host. The house was beautiful quiet well kept she assisted with all of our needs gave us recommendations even recommended a personal driver for all of our in town shopping. Inquire about the Chef service and personal driving service. You’re going to love it you won’t be disappointed. Plenty of room to accommodate a large family

Kimberly’s place was very nice , just to walk out on that balcony and feel that amazing cool mountain breeze was worth it already, inside is huge the kitchen was built for at least 5 chefs to cook at the same time, plus there was a bar and pool table available which I took full advantage off. (Alcohol not included in the rate). I’m not from that area so I’m not likely to go back any time soon but if I was to go back for whatever reason I’d definitely rent Kimberly’s place again.Thanks to the host and to Kimberly we had a relaxing time.

3K was ideal for our extended family as we were in Jamaica for a family member’s celebration of life and some down time. 3K is beautiful, spacious, clean, quiet and secure, located in the Denham Farms/Chudleigh area, minutes from Christiana. It features a good size living room/dining/kitchen area and all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There's a balcony off the dining area, a canopied area at the front of the home to set up chairs and relax. Our on-site property manager, Devon was fantastic! Polite, friendly, and accommodated our needs. The property has a bar/game room, perfect if you want a low-key place to hang or have a nightcap. My son thinks Devon is the best because he took time to teach him how to play pool and Ludi, a Jamaican board game. The driveway to the property was an interesting experience--a little rocky for a car with low ground clearance, and at capacity with people/luggage, but our driver worked around it. We had a great family time! I would certainly visit again!
