Sally and Mike are absolutely wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home from the minute we got there, beautiful land surrounding lakes which my dad and fiancee both loved fishing at, our dog Duggie loved walking around the area and can’t even start to begin about how spotless and beautiful the cottage was (& the hot tub was a massive plus) we had great weather which just made it even better! so much to do around Tinney Waters if you’re happy to drive Bude 20 minutes away beautiful town and a lovely walk on a sunny day around the harbour! Thankyou again to Sally, Mike and not to mention Pickle, Lilly and Dave the escape artist!!xx

We had the most incredible stay. The location was so peaceful and the cottage was absolutely gorgeous. Sally was so welcoming (as well as her amazing dog, Dave!) We felt so at home and cannot wait to visit again!

We had a lovely stay over Christmas, the kitchen had everything we needed to do a Christmas dinner. The beds and pillows were super comfy, and the hot tub was amazing. Would take welly’s next time so that we could go for a walk around the fishing lakes. Thanks Sally for being a fantastic host!

Very helpful, extremely friendly. Left us to us but came and helped with questions arouse. (Nothing serious) We loved it that much we booked again in May. Love the peace and quiet. Hot tub a bonus ♥️

Had a wonderful, peaceful weekend away here with the dog and my husband for his birthday. A beautiful cottage in gorgeous surroundings and a short drive to shops and beach. Sally was such a lovely host, went above and beyond for our stay. We’d love to come back!
