Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. We are located on the Devon/Cornwall border, just 7.5 miles from the beautiful coastal town of Bude. Our detached cottage is a crescent shaped former piggery. It has lots of character and is decorated to a high standard. The property is all on one level. We are situated on The National Cycle Network Route 3. There are 2 enclosed, dog friendly gardens, with furniture and BBQ. The perfect spot to unwind after a day on the coast or the Moors. You will easily be able to prepare a full evening meal or a Sunday roast in this incredibly well equipped kitchen. You will find a fridge (with freezer compartment), dishwasher, oven & hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a washing machine available for bookings 4 nights or over. Recharge your batteries in the king size bed with its en-suite shower room. Our second bedroom (at the opposite end of the cottage) can be a twin or super king and also has an en-suite bathroom (no shower). *There are 2 steps down to the twin bedroom. Relax and chill on the large, comfy corner sofa and watch Netflix on our smart TV. We also have terrestrial channels as we realise not everyone uses smart TV's. To enable you to stream those movies, we now have Super Fast WIFI running at 200mbs. What better way to end the day than with an awesome BBQ, overlooking the fields. If you are lucky, you may even spot our pair of resident barn owls as they go out over the fields for their early evening hunt. It is a truly memorable sight. DOGS - We accept 2 medium sized dogs or 3 small dogs (please contact us first). Dogs are allowed on furniture and beds and in all rooms.
