Both the host couple don't speak English but we got by with the help of translation apps. Do note that there's a very narrow spiral staircase which is challenging if you have a large heavy luggage but otherwise there's really nothing to complain about Frederic's place. Frederic in particular is really friendly and sweet; the apartment is very private and clean. The location is very convenient and near the metro. I'll be certain to return again to this airbnb if I come back to Marseille :)

Frédéric’s place was lovely. It’s well situated in the 6th arr. and close to everything. The place itself is fair sized, and was comfortable. The main thing I would say is that if you’re someone who needs natural sunlight to wake up then I wouldn’t book here (apart from that it is lovely!)

Frédéric was such a great host! He was very responsive when we had any questions or issues getting things to work. My French comprehension was not perfect but he made sure to communicate the instructions well regardless. He even brought us cookies one night which was so thoughtful! The space was gorgeous and it felt like we had our own apartment! I would recommend this to anyone and would definitely return if in Marseille at a later date.

Frédéric und Martine sind sehr nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und hat alles, was man so für den Alltag braucht. Auch sind die Hosts super erreichbar, falls man mal ein Anliegen hat oder irgendetwas fehlt :) Check-In und Out waren sehr unkompliziert, ich würde dieses AirBnB weiterempfehlen!
