Great little room! Definitely everything you need for a quick trip to Toronto. The room was comfortable and clean, and we were never disturbed. Erica was very friendly and welcoming. Just a note about parking - there is street parking but you need a temporary permit, and you cannot park directly in front of the house overnight. We were worried about this at first, but it was easy to find parking just around the corner, very close to the house, so it ended up ok. Overall a great and easy experience :)

Great location. Bathroom in the room, plus microwave and mini fridge. Has basic cable and is super close to Dundas West station. Overall 4.5/5. Only hiccup is there are young children upstairs so if you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in I would take that into account. But I myself was okay with it.
