There was 8 of us and all agreed it was a fantastic place! The pics really didn’t do it justice! Alexander was very responsive if we texted him. I even got the name of the master bedroom mattress! It slept so well and when I got home, I ordered us one😀. Will be here Monday! As I told Alexander, it was just what the dr ordered!

Great beach house with a lot of space for your family! We loved watching the sunrise every morning and surfing into the afternoon. We will definitely be back again in the future and will recommend this house to our friends.

Alexander's place was perfect for our family. Directly on the ocean, with fantastic views and direct private access to the ocean. The home was exactly as pictured, very clean, very welcoming and all the amenities of home. It is situated minutes from all the fun and bustle of St. Augustine, making it the best of both worlds. My husband and I loved having the ocean moments away and walked the beautiful beach every morning and evening, and our grown kids thoroughly enjoyed having all the activities and fun of St. Augustine so nearby. Alexander is an extremely responsive and kind host and made our stay a fantastic one. Thanks again Alexander!

A great location. Not the best place for cooking since the kitchen items were very limited. Overall, a good place to stay if you want to be right on the beach.
