You must read the reviews before booking Tregaron.. Tregaron is a delightful and extremely spacious bungalow and is a lovely place to spend a few days in one of the Cornwall's best destinations. All rooms have a king size bed and are en-suite. The kitchen is enormous! 44 square metres. It is 1.5 miles from Rock beach, Daymer Bay is just a five minutes drive and Polzeath a few minutes further. Porthilly beach you can walk to in 19 minutes. There is a large private garden with patio seating. This is whole property letting with parking and enclosed private garden and patio. Tregaron is level access with wide doors and corridors and with 3 separate step in showers and 1 over bath shower. The rooms are very large Kitchen is 41 sqm with over 8m of work top and a table for 8 people. Lounge is 44 sqm Hall is 15.1 sqm Reception is 14 sqm Bathroom is 5.14 sqm 3 x en suite bathrooms all over 3.5 sqm Bedroom 19.5 sqm Bedroom 16 sqm with built in wardrobes Bedroom 10 sqm with built in wardrobes

We will definitely be returning! Tregaron had everything we wanted and is just perfect for families. The bungalow is incredibly spacious and is equipped with everything you might need! The location is great with easy reach of Daymer beach, Port Isaac, Polzeath and Rock. Amanda was a brilliant host, easy to get in touch with, flexible (we needed to amend our booking) and on hand.
Fantastic host and superb house that was spotlessly clean and had everything you might need for an enjoyable stay. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend
Great location - easy walking/running to coastal path from Rock around to Polzeath. Quick 10 min drive to Wadebridge where you can find food shops etc. House very spacious and comfortable with a great garden. Amanda. Just 100 metres away is the Pityme Inn that does great food. And there are local shops within waking distance. Rock itself has some great bars and restaurants and of course a short ferry across to Padstow with loads of fine dining.
There is a country walk through to Polzeath beach but a car or bike is pretty much essential as public transport is virtually non existent.
Within walking distance is a deli, a fish and chip shop , a butchers and a bakery.Just 5 minute walk.
