Feel very welcomed to our cosy Villa with an amazing view on the mountains, located in Poisy, a lovely small town only 10 min drive away from Annecy lake and its old town. You will be able to relax next to the heated (summer only) pool, enjoying a barbecue and even play 'petanque' on the dedicated garden area. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and includes 2 bathrooms. We have done our best to make our House as cosy as possible. The living room is divided into three areas: a tv area, a reading area next to the fireplace and a dining area. On the first floor, the bathroom is equipped with a SPA tub (partilcularly relaxing during winter after a day out in the snowy mountains). Outside, during summer, a small seating area is installed next to the swimming pool, a dining area next to the barbecue and a Petanque area for you to really enjoy your holiday the french way...
