The attic is for 3 people, located on the second floor and includes a double bed and a single, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, bathroom, hair dryer and balcony with great view. Mina’s apartments are located in the center of the island. The nearest beach, Myrtos, is on 1,5 km away from us. Myrtos is one of the most famous beaches in the world. Mina's apartments were built in an area covered with plants and trees in Divarata from the family of Mr Sotiris Pavouris. Grandfather Sotiris' vision was to create a small pilot plant host where the visitors of Kefalonia can be calm, relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Today, the family business has taken Mrs Markela, the daugther of the family with her children Mina and Sotiris continuing the tradition of her parents. Mina's apartments consist of 10 studios and 4 apartments. 8 studios, 2 attics & 4 two-room apartments. All studios have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer and balcony. The attics have only a refrigerator, kitchenware, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony with great view. The 4 apartments have two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer and balcony.

Nous vous recommandons chaudement cet établissement. Mina et son frère ainsi que toute leur équipe sauront être aux petits soins avec vous. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent et ils savent vous porter de petites attentions. Les chambres sont d’un bon standing et la propreté irréprochable. Si vous souhaitez soutenir l’économie locale, c’est le bon établissement. Le restaurant est très bon et il y est proposé des produits locaux dans les plats et à acheter en cadeaux. L’établissement reste dans notre liste des favoris pour un futur séjour à Kefalonia.
Es war perfekt. Mina ist eine super liebe, hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Auch wenn wir ihn nicht genutzt haben gäbe es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück. Unser Appartment war super sauber, hatte eine super Größe und es waren Wasserkocher, Toaster, Haarföhn und ausreichend Besteck und Teller vorhanden. Es gab sogar einen Zimmerservice der das Zimmer gereinigt hat wenn man (wie im Hotel) das Schild rausgehängt hat. Top!! Auch das Frühstück in Minas Cafe war inklusive. Leider kann man hier keine Bilder hochladen. Es war traumhaft. Das Essen, die Atmosphäre im Cafe. Loungmusik in guter Lautstärke, Super Leckeres Essen, eine liebevoll dekorierte Terrasse auf der man gerne ausgiebig frühstückt. Das Cafe ist rund um die Uhr besetzt und sowohl zum Frühstück dazu also auch zu anderen Zeitpunkten des Tages kann man sich köstlich versorgen (sogar beliefern) lassen. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer ist ebenso positiv zu erwähnen. Super schön. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man hat fußläufig mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants (Giorgos ist besonders!! positiv zu erwähnen und sollte unbedingt besucht werden). Geldautomaten, Bushaltestelle alles nur ein paar min entfernt. Für 2 Euro pro Person kann man zum berühmten Myrthos Beach fahren (5min Fahrzeit)!! Ich könnte einen ganzen Blogbeitrag verfassen so zufrieden waren wir mit allem. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Lasst es euch nicht entgehen. Ein Urlaub den man nicht vergessen wird. Danke Mina
La stanza è bella e la posizione ottima per visitare le spiagge e le località del nord di Cefalonia. A Divarata ci sono anche ottimi ristoranti. Però ci sono tre problemi: la residenza è su un incrocio e con le finestre aperte è un po' rumorosa. Il materasso del mio alloggio non era molto comodo e le scale per accedervi non illuminate e per questo non molto accessibili. Host molto presente e disponibile

Mina's Apartments located in a picturesque hillside. They have a nice view of Divarata and offers relaxing moments, hospitality and also beautiful landscapes. Kefalonia is full of natural beauty, scents, tradition and history. In Mina's apartments we want to share with you the magic and the secrets of our island and most importantly is to ensure you a relaxing and welcoming stay. Myrtos is one of the most famous beaches in the world. Well known for the unique colour of its clear turquoise waters created by the contrast of the white pebble of the beach and the area's dark green is certainly a place that any visitor of Kefalonia must see and experience. In Divarata at 150m there are taverns - restaurants, supermarkets, a shop with traditional products, a butcher shop and a shop with souvenirs. Also in the same area with the rooms there is our cafe-snack-bar "NUOVO CAFE".
There is public transport but for better service we recommend to our visitors traveling by car or motorbike because Kefalonia is the largest island of the Ionian Sea and the distances are great. We can help our visitors for their transportation by taxi from and to our hotel to the ports and the airport or to hire transport.

Από πολύ μικρή μου γεννήθηκε η επιθυμία να ασχοληθώ με αυτή τη μονάδα, που δημιούργησαν ο παππούς και η γιαγιά, ενώ παράλληλα έχω τελειώσει τις σπουδές μου στο Ιόνιο Πανεπιστήμιο. Η φιλοξενία και η ευγένεια προς τον επισκέπτη ήταν το πρώτο που μου έμαθαν οι παππούδες μου. Οι επισκέπτες μας θέλουμε να αισθάνονται φίλοι μας. Αν με ρωτούσατε τι δεν θα μπορούσα να αποχωριστώ από τον τόπο που μεγάλωσα, είναι το υπέροχο ηλιοβασίλεμα του Μύρτου.
