Attracted by the dual nationality of the island, half French and half Dutch, our family began coming to St. Maarten from our home in the States since the 1980’s, first on vacation and later as timeshare owners. Finally, in the early 1990’s, we decided that it was time to put down more permanent roots in St. Maarten and to began construction of phase one of Princess Heights Condominiums in the prestigious, luxury and serene residential Oyster Pond area. Perched on the hillside overlooking Dawn Beach, the suites offer commanding views of both the Atlantic Ocean and St. Barths. Although Princess Heights is located in a quiet and exclusive neighborhood, there are a multitude of activities such as marinas, yachting, water sports, spas, casinos and restaurants only a few minutes away. Philipsburg, the capital of the Dutch side, and Orient beach, which is famous for its fine dining, windsurfing, kite surfing and people watching, are a short 15-minute drive from Princess Heights.
