A lovely home for family time. Davina was very responsive and very generous with the items left in the kitchen and bathroom for use. My granddaughter (aged 3) loved the book on the history of the house renewal, and we reread it a number of times. Well equipped kitchen and instructions on how to use the stove was great.

We’re four older women, travelling with dogs. Davina’s house was perfect for all of us. A beautiful, well equipped kitchen, lovely sunny back deck to enjoy the autumnal sun, comfortable beds and well fenced garden for our dogs. An easy stroll into.Myrtleford. Davina was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She provides plenty of info about local attractions and things to do. Loved the mosaic walk! The Sunday market is fabulous - genuinely local produce and gourmet products. The Old School Museum is packed with local history and the knowledgeable guides are very informative. The Milawa Cheese Factory has a lovely veranda for lunching and simple, tasty meals. We spent a week in Myrtleford and look forward to returning.

Lovely cottage in a great location. We used the property as a base for Bright (Autumn Festival), Harrietville, and Beechworth. Smooth and easy check-in with early communication from the host. Loved the handwritten welcome note on the kitchen bench. The label on the guitar hanging made me laugh! Great layout inside and outside. Friendly neighbour who told us about the kangaroos, and wombat. Comfy beds with nice furnishings and decor. Very clean, tidy and well stocked, particularly the kitchen which we used to cook our breakfasts and dinners. Enclosed back and front yard (loved by our dog!) with a large deck. The fire pit in the backyard was a highlight for us. Wifi was readily accessible and fast. Don't leave without reading the photo book that explains the cottage's journey with before and after photos. It gave us a greater appreciation for the love, patience, care, attention, hard work and effort that the host and her family put towards the property. Prepared to be amazed!!

Davina’s cottage was fabulous. Beautifully clean, homely & had everything we needed. Great location, easy walk into town & all the cafes/restaurants. We spent a long weekend in Davina’s cottage as a base to see the Autumn leaves in Bright and the surrounds. I must say, Myrtleford is very underrated, by far the most foliage and vibrant colours of anywhere we visited. The kids loved the playground just 100 metres away and the fire pit in the backyard for roasting marshmallows. Thank you for a lovely stay!
