Jeff and Silvia we SO kind to me. I had an unforeseen circumstance that caused me to check in late and they could not have been kinder! They were very attentive, responsive and even concerned for my wellbeing. They made me feel like I was a friend staying at their special getaway home. Their condo is in such a perfect location right on the beach and very close to so many places we wanted to see and visit! Sleeping with the fresh breeze coming through the windows and the sound of waves crashing in the ocean was amazing. They also provided so many, well thought out, recommendations, several of which we tried. Thank you, Jeff and Silvia, for your kindness, hospitality and a beautiful place to stay. You two are true gems!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the unit is in a smaller building in a quieter area of Kihei about a 10 minute drive to the shops and restaurants. Jeff and Silvia were amazing hosts, very quick to respond to any questions I had and offered excellent suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We made most of our meals at home - kitchen was very well equipped and barbeque area was beautiful - right on the beach and VERY clean. Parking was convenient and the unit was easy to access. The unit had everything we needed, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and coolers for our day trips. It was very clean, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. Thank you Jeff and Silvia :)

Pro: Silvia and Jeff provided excellent information about Maui which helped us in planning our sight seeing in Maui. Their tips were super helpful. They stayed in touch by text and email till we checked in. Apartment was perfect for a couple. Con: The bedroom mattress could have been little firm. The property is described as "Ocean View" apartment. You have partial view of Ocean only from the balcony. At night time, we could not keep the window open and take natural wind in. There was tremendous road traffic noise if we kept the bedroom window open.

This condo was perfect for us as the location is central to going in any direction on Maui. It is right on the beach with a very nice lawned area to sit in chaise lounges or nice tables OR just walk onto the beach and sit there. LOTS of beach to walk and faces the gorgeous sunsets every night. Sleep to the sound of the waves. Lanai has an ocean view. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all the things you would need for cooking. Plenty of towels for bath and beach. Fabulous mirrored wall makes the place look even bigger. We visited the wonderful aquarium 10 minutes away, the Kula Botanical Gardens (real gem up country) and whale watch with Kai Kalani out of Makena (nice because fewer people onboard). Way less crowded than Kihei Kam 2 area....only draw back is you have to drive to restaurants but most people would have a vehicle anyway. Walked the beach in either direction daily. Excellent accommodation!!!

Silvia and Jeff's place is clean, easy to check in, and has a great view of the water with a private beach. They were well stocked, had beach chairs and towels. We enjoyed our short stay here and recommend it for others as well. If you follow their instructions, you will have no issues here.
