We were lucky enough to book this incredible home for a 30 day vacation. The serenity of the beaches and views were overwhelming. We woke up to manatees and dolphins playing right at the end of the dock! We got to make tons of wonderful memories with our closest friends and family! House was just as described in the listing! It was an awesome vacation and can’t wait to return! Our dogs lived their best lives! Stephen was very responsive with any questions we had and very helpful. Definitely recommend this house!!

Great vacation home!! Our family of 5 enjoyed our time on the island. Great spot with everything you could ever want in a vacation home as well as a great location to visit restaurants, beaches, etc. Stephen was very helpful with any and all our questions. Will be back, thanks for sharing your amazing place with our crew!!

We stayed the week of Christmas and our family came from all over including just across the bay. From zip lining, paddle boarding or relaxing in a hammock there was plenty for everyone to do. Steve was always available to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay one of our favorite family vacations.

A truly great experience. A special week for our family together. Wonderful location, beautifully designed and built house, great advice from host Stephen iro of boat rental, restaurants by boat etc. We highly recommend this Private Island Retreat!! If you're thinking about it .............. do it ..........!

I wish we could give 10 stars for our week at the island house, it was that perfect. We took our family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children (ages 5, 4, and 20 months) and the house had everything you could dream of... quiet spots, gathering spots, a beautiful view, and a beautiful home. There are so many little seating nooks all over the property, including hammocks, that if you needed time to yourself, it was there. The zip line was a hit with the older two grandchildren, and the adults enjoyed "zipping" them back and forth! So many water activities, close enough to the sand bar to have picnic lunches on the boat while the kids swam. Fishing off the dock and out in the boat, sunset cruises, exploring new restaurants and never getting in a hot and steamy car all week were highlights. I fell in love with the outdoor shower, too! Stephen was the perfect host. He was readily available to answer questions and assist with anything we needed, which was minimal. Our family has decided this will be a regular vacation spot and we can't wait to share it with a FEW friends, we kind of want to keep this gem to ourselves!
