Minutes from the beach and restaurants. Very clean with everything you need. beds were very comfortable beds, free parking and full workout space. Highly recommend!

The house has good accessories and was well kept. The host was very responsive. The only issue was that the hot water ran out quickly, but overall a comfortable stay.

Ben’s place was clean with comfy beds and great water pressure! Was within walking distance to a cute Irish Pub where locals were welcoming and fun to interact with. Ben also had the frig stocked with water bottles which was very appreciated as we did a lot of walking in Boston. He was also very quick to respond with any questions we had!

This place was perfect for our needs! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the showers had spectacular water pressure. We had 6 people with us and more than enough space to spread out. The house felt secure and was the perfect location to visit my nearby sister. This was a great deal and comfortable stay. Ben was a great host and gave very clear instructions. Thanks, Ben!

it was an amazing experience for the 9 of us staying the weekend for a convention. the rooms and bathroom were very nice and we all enjoyed the place. the area is also very nice with the beach so close as well as stores and restaurants. the owner was great at responding and it was a great 11/10 experience !! would highly recommend and i see myself going here again !!!
