Exactly as advertised. Everyone enjoyed the pool, outdoor space and slept great. We would definitely sta again!

This was a beautiful house, thoughtfully laid out, and perfect for bringing people safely together outside during Covid. The barn with the pool table and games opens on two sides, allowing great airflow through the space, even if the weather outside is less than perfect and you need to seek shelter. The pool was warm and delightful, and the hot tub was easy to heat and greatly enjoyed. The massive fire pit was a huge hit in the chilly weather, and give off a surprising degree of warmth. There are two lovely bedrooms with private baths in the main house. There are another two bedrooms in a separate side building that share a closet and bathroom - perfect for a small family. The kitchen had plenty of equipment and thoughtful touches. The owner was *incredibly* responsive, even on Christmas day, and took extra steps to make sure that our stay at the property was a positive one, like making sure the pool was heated prior to our arrival. We highly enjoyed our time here, and definitely recommend this property!

Davids place was awesome, great for a large group, a little far from the beach would be the only bad part about it. But when you have that nice of a house to hangout at there isn't really a need to leave.
