Joel was very helpful with the check in process. He told us, at check in, that the guest toilet was not usable, and the master shower floor was broken. He tried to resolve the issue with the toilet but at the end we didn't have use of it at all throughout our stay. The separate bathrooms and separate bedrooms were what we were looking for as two unrelated people sharing one house. However, with the toilet issue, I had to walk through the other bedroom to use the toilet - which is really inconvenient, especially during the middle of the night. The shower floor in the master bedroom was also broken and taped back together. It was very unstable and felt unsafe. Additionally, the house location and photos as "peaceful & private" is misleading. It is in a gated mobile home park with over 100 mobile homes! The stay included noisy neighbors, lots of traffic and an ice cream truck with speaker.

Great home that punches above its weight. The home has a great layout and is spacious. Close access to main arterials, tbough tucked away in a quiet community. The beds were comfortable, and the site was accommodating. Definitely a great value place to stay with multiple bedrooms.

Joel’s quite place was easy to find, and location was perfect for us. Joel was very welcoming and a great communicator. Staying here with my parents felt like being in our own home. We enjoyed our stay!
