We stayed here just overnight for a layover. The apartment is fine overall, but for a layover I would go for a hotel for ease next time. I picked the place because of the description of a quick walk to the airport but for a layover I would pick a hotel next time for ease of check-in and instructions. The directions to the apartment were inaccurate. It’s not a 5 min walk to the apartment. The pedestrian access described is sealed off from terminal 3, so according to maps it’s more like a 20min walk. We had surfboards with us so we decided to get a taxi from the airport instead for 350php, but you’re better off getting a Grab if you have a bit of luggage (which we booked on the way back to the airport for 100+ php). It’s a little unclear the address, as the taxi driver needs to know the name of the building, not the address, which wasn’t clear to us in the directions. During the night the shelf in the laundry fell as well which was disrupting.
