Beautiful house and wonderful stay!

This is a great pet-friendly house. The neighborhood is fine. It's near a major road and a stone cutting shop, but it wasn't too noisy. Jay was quick to respond. The house is huge and has all the things you need. I was disappointed in the cleaning staff. The dishwasher wasn't working properly, but the cleaning staff didn't notice and put away unclean dishes. Otherwise, everything was vacuumed, wiped, or washed. The lawn was regularly maintained and looked good. Jay is responsive, but didn't solve problems without multiple contacts. He resolved the dishwasher issue with some back and forth. There were other less urgent issues that we noted but were not resolved. If something is important to you, be prepared to follow up. Jay seems busy with many properties.

We enjoyed our stay and to be honest, Jay is a great host. He always responds to all the questions and assists in whatever way possible.

Fantastic house and Jay was always willing to work with us. We were there for several months and did have several infestations of ants but overall it was a good house for us and in a pretty good location, though there is a construction crew close to the house.

Place was spacious and master bath was nice. We had some items but Jay was able to accommodate for the most part. He is a great host.
