We loved our stay at this lovely apartment located on the Upper West Side of NYC. The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described on the website. The building is new and very well managed. Courteous doormen who were very helpful when directions were needed. Laundry room was excellent. Internet and TV were stellar. I had several questions upon check in and MyNYHousing was immediately responsive and helpful. My only minor complaint was the street noise outside but we got used to it after a few days. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay was great! Check in was easy - the doorman was helpful in getting my keys. The apartment had everything promised- essentials, dishes/silverware, etc. It was great having a dishwasher, and the laundry room was easy to use. The only real negative was that the bed was not very comfortable - for a longer stay it may be worth buying a foam topper- but the place was clean and secure. The location was great for what I needed- close to my work. Not a lot of nightlife nearby, but the neighborhood is peaceful and there's groceries/drugstores etc nearby for anything you need.

Location is awesome and building amenities are great (especially the gym and roof). If you’re not planning on being in the apartment for a significant amount of time, it’s a great set up. FYI no cooking utensils or basics (dish detergent, soap, etc.) so prepare to bring!

Wonderful location , close to everything! The check-in and check-out was super easy. The apartment was very clean, well maintained & came with everything you could possibly need, especially for a longer term stays (I was there for 4 months).
