This lovely home built in 1940 retains the aire of eras gone by. The bedrooms are larger than expected for a home of this period and the kitchen is aptly equipped. It seems walkable, though due to other obligations during our visit, we tended to drive. It was quiet and relaxed around the house, and the yard appeared to be well kept.

Emily's response was immediate when I notified her that the Furnace was not working. Repairs were arranged and she even refunded me some money for the inconvenience. Her son brought me 2 electric heaters to use in meantime. Everything else worked fine and I really enjoyed my stay in Las Cruces. Saturdays trip to the Farmers Market was wonderful. perfect place to meet interesting people and purchase unique objects. Could easily walk there.
