A gem of a find in Bournemouth. Great location and apartment. Parking for 1 car and more parking on side streets near by. ( which was free Saturday and Sunday) Host gave very clear and in depth information and was very responsive getting back to us. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's penthouse over the long weekend! The place has such a great vibe, and it's super clean. Plus, you'll find all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay right there in the flat. Highly recommend it for a cozy getaway!

The stay itself was fairly nice. Was just a bit disappointed by the lack of communication. We knew that the details of check in would be sent to us a few days before the stay. The day before check in we still had not heard from the host. I sent a Airbnb message, phoned her and sent a text- but still no response. A few hours later (usual response time is ann hour, 3 hours later still nothing) and panicked we were due to check in the next day I called Airbnb. Finally she sent the details of how to check in, with no apology. As she’d mentioned the place was already cleaned and waiting for us I asked if we could leave bags there as we had valuables. She said we could but this would be £40 extra for early check in. There was one restaurant recommendation she’d mentioned in the check in message- so we took a punt on it. She had said booking was essential. So we did- when we got there we were the only people at the restaurant. Felt disappointed

Victoria was a really friendly and helpful host. She was really accommodating to our larger group and helped us with any problems we had. The apartment was also a lovely space to stay in. It felt peaceful and private while still being close to the beach and shops. Would definitely recommend :)
