Joe is an excellent host. The townhome is sparkling clean and has all the necessary furniture for long stays. The community is super safe, has a great pool, and is very convenient to major stores. Loved our stay!

Enjoyed our stay at Joe’s place. Home was clean and well equipped. The 3 bedrooms upstairs allowed for quiet time while downstairs was laid out nicely for meals and conversation/TV. Screened in Lanai was great and perfect for drinks or just reading. The pool and club house were wonderful and exceptionally clean. The whole grounds were like a resort and people were very friendly. Joe was very quick to respond if we had a question and made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend Joe’s home for a great place to stay.

Joe, Is a great host and his place was amazing. I couldn’t recommend this place enough to families with kids, you will find everything you need to enjoy a great time at the beach. The community amenities were a nice perk, close to shopping placed and supermarkets just a 5 mint drive away. The area is beautiful with amazing views and the beaches were pristine. Mia
