Pros: Beds were comfortable, main house kitchen and Tiny House were renovated, although cheaply. Cons: We were very disappointed when we arrived. Did not meet our expectations of a SuperHost property, especially at this price. The lot looked unkept with rundown-looking trailers nearby. House was very dirty. Worn out furniture, bedroom lights not working, torn floor in entryway, cobwebs on the ceiling, dead bugs in the light fixture above the dining room table. It was filthy. Faucet in the Tiny House was about to fall off, bathroom hardwood floors were stained, I could keep going but have a 1000 character limit with this review. We were so uncomfortable we decided to leave a day early. In over 8 years of using this platform, we have never written a bad review, but felt compelled this time around. The pictures simply do not reflect the true condition of this property. I didn't bother informing the host, as there was nothing that could have been done to make our stay more comfortable.

Had a wonderful time on our girls trip to Asheville! Comfy beds, clean house, plenty of space. Lisa is great at quick replies too! Initially the hot tub was drained when we arrived and she was able to come and get it ready for us very quickly! Definitely recommend! One thing to note if traveling there, this is about 20 minutes outside of downtown and uber/lyft is sparse. So plan on driving into town yourself. I loved staying a little outside of town though; it was very peaceful and relaxing.
