Clean and well supplied house. Perfect for what we wanted it for which was a base for a wedding nearby. Only criticism is would be the house was very warm despite having the windows open and is on a busy road. There’s also quite a lot of random bits of furniture/decor which make the place feel a bit cluttered!?

The house was comfortable and the ideal size for 6 people and a couple of dogs. It's located within easy walking distance to the centre of Leek. The only issues were there were bags of rubbish left in the floor of the garden from the previous occupants as well as cigarette nubs on the outside window sill. We also found it odd that we're required to remove all our rubbish from the house and couldn't use the normal bins, especially when we're paying a dedicated cleaning fee. Apart from those points, a great stay!

Property was a little dated. Did not expect one of the beds to be a crate with a mattress on the floor. Other than that property was spotless and was a conviene location to Alton Towers
