The house was big an spacious and was perfect for my & my extended family of 12 adults + 3 children. Kitchen was very well equipped for us to prepare some home cooked meals, especially on Sunday when most restaurants are closed. Appreciate the lovely terrace view which makes this house standout from the rest. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the region.

Très belle maison mais à ne pas louer en hiver. En effet plusieurs coupures d'électricité par jour (jusqu'à 12...) très grosses infiltrations, obligé d'éponger dans deux chambres et finir par mettre des serpillères et des serviettes éponges pour ne pas marcher dans l'eau... Fanny très réactive et très professionnelle malgré tous les problèmes. Merci à elle

14 of us spent a week in Jean-Christophe's house(s). The dual house layout worked perfectly, it allowed for some privacy, for 2 groups who wanted to do different things, etc… The kitchen in the main house – because we mostly cooked in the main house – is well furnished, with pretty nice appliances. The main fridge is a bit small, but there is another one in the laundry room. The little rear kitchen also had a bunch of extra appliances (like a mixer, a food processor, etc…), some of which were a little old, but they all worked and helped us! The property manager/cleaner reached out to me directly and was extremely responsive! All in all, a great place, we had a wonderful time on Oleron, and I recommend this house.
