Welcome to our newly remodeled basement apartment. Making sure your stay is memorable and comfortable is our highest priority! This apartment includes off-street parking and a separate entrance. The apartment's light-filled bedroom and bathroom are stocked with many amenities to make your trip more comfortable - such as extra charging cords, free travel size toiletries and hair ties/pins should you forget anything upon arrival. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with a Tuft&Needle mattress. We also have a very comfortable Queen size air mattress with extra linens available should you need it. Please let us know ahead of time if you'll need it so we can have it set up for you. *please note we wash all linens and towels with a fragrance free detergent made for sensitive skin* Our open & bright living room with a comfortable sectional sofa faces a 55" Samsung Smart TV with access to Netflix. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances such as a full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and Chemex pour-over. We always keep the coffee and tea bar fully stocked with fresh local coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, and honey from our own bees! We include breakfast items such as toaster waffles, oatmeal, eggs, and/or fruit for you to cook yourself & enjoy during your stay. We also have two bikes for any BnB guests to use. Please just let us know at least 24 hours before you arrive if you’d like us to have these out for you! Our complimentary welcome packet includes recommendations for our favorite restaurants & local tips and tricks for getting the most out of your stay, as well as wine or beer and snacks. Please note: We live full-time upstairs with our our young children (ages 3 years and 10 months), and since this is a basement apartment in an older home, there is potential to hear water running through pipes, muffled footsteps and toddler/baby noises upstairs. If you love kids you will be happy here. If potentially hearing a toddler or a baby puts a damper on your vacation, this is not the listing for you :) We do not make any exceptions to our no-pet policy; this includes service animals.
