Edward's house was perfect for a weekend in Charlotte for the Wells Fargo Championship. His house was just as advertised and had everything we needed for a great stay. The large living and kitchen area was also really nice as it did not feel cramped at all. His house is also in a great location and central to a lot of restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay with family or friends in Charlotte.

This is going to be a long one. So this house is completely renovated, has a huge backyard, is quiet, peaceful, no issues in the area, beautiful kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and even has its own little coffee bar separate from the kitchen! Now most people would be thinking there is a downside somewhere in here and honestly the biggest downside was that we couldn't stay longer! If you ever need an Airbnb in Charlotte look for Ed!

Edward is an amazing, responsive owner/host; he is very prompt. The description and photos of the Airbnb property were spot on. What you see, is what you get, plus more! From the moment you step inside this beautiful, open-floor plan home, you will INSTANTLY feel a sense of peace and greeted with a lovely, fresh, fragrant scent. The kitchen/living area is huge and top tier. I love how massive the kitchen island is, as well as the dining table. I also love how there are 2 TVs in the living area, in case someone wants to sit at the bar and catch a game, while others sit on the comfortable, relaxing sectional, watching movies on the other TV. The bathrooms are top tier, and the beds are so comfortable. The water pressure is pressure, and the hot water is long-lasting Hot water. The location is convenient to so many restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment, and outside nature for some good exercising. My family and I really enjoyed this ranch home. We look forward to returning.

This place was great ! Super clean and had everything you could need from shampoo to laundry detergent. Edward was super responsive and flexible ! The pictures don’t do it justice. Also the bed was super comfortable which is a big plus. We had 9 people and we could’ve fit more comfortably. The area was also very nice. Thanks again !

This home was beautiful and the pictures do not do kitchen/living room area any justice! It’s in a nice and quiet area and I would absolutely book here again. The host was friendly and gave great instructions! 100% recommend!
