This airbnb could my favorite ever. The house was perfect for our needs ( 2 adults, 2"adult" kids and 2 furry kids). Everything was as expected, comfortable and clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was walkable and quiet but the backyard was spectacular. It was a verdant little paradise. Perhaps the best part was Marshall because he is the host you want. We had a maintenance issue that he had repaired and working within 2 hours without intrusion. He was very laidback with everything especially our dogs which we truly appreciated- a real dog lover who even provided treats! Our hope is to stay here again.. without the rain ;)

Marshall’s home was wonderful in all ways. The backyard, both pool/hot tub and yard, (the beautiful trees!) was the perfect vacation spot for our family. Location, close to downtown, quiet and safe neighborhood, easy to run grocery errands. Our family didn’t want to leave. Thank you for the stay!

The house met all of our requirements and then some! The kitchen accommodated several of us cooking at the same time and had everything we needed to make our Christmas day meal - and the knives were actually sharp!! The hot tub was great and right outside the patio door, so no chilly runs to the house. The location in South Park was terrific - we wanted for nothing! Grocery stores, amazing restaurants, and a great mall were all within a couple miles (like 2-3 max). Marshall was a perfect host: very quick at responding, though we didn't need him for much. He came by to service the tub mid-week, which was scheduled and announced well in advance. Because it was Christmas there was a fresh wreath on the door, a beautiful big flower arrangement inside, and several other little touches that made a good impression. We popped our little tree up and the house felt festive! We have already told Marshall that we will stay with him again when the opportunity arises.

Excellent neighborhood for walking . Too cold to check out the pool and hot tub, but backyard looked amazing.. We will stay here again when we travel to Charlotte.
