The house was really clean, super comfortable, and in a really nice neighborhood adjacent to the Southpark area of Charlotte. Marshall is a super responsive host. One night when a storm knocked the power out, he pro-actively reached out to make sure we were okay and offered to move us to a different property if the power outage persisted. He is a great host and this house was a great experience for us!

The home was just as described. Marshall was extremely communicative and helpful. He let us know the home would be available for an early arrival. Quiet neighborhood in a great location. Close to SouthPark and easy commute to Uptown.

Couldn't ask for a better location. If I had more time I could have walked to Southpark mall and checked it out. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, good area to walk the dogs. The dogs loved the yard and it was nice and private. Marshall responded instantly to any questions I had and couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely home for three of us and our dogs. Home has everything you need and is in a great area. Marshall was very responsive to our questions and had the home in perfect shape. We will definitely be coming back!

Our month long stay was amazing and I wish we could have stayed longer! The house was in a great location in South Park in a quiet neighborhood. The house had all the amenities listed and more. Lots of restaurants nearby. The backyard is private, peaceful and fenced in which was a huge blessing with having our two fur babies with us. Marshall is an amazing host. From the time I made the reservation, he was always quick to respond to any question I had. He was considerate and friendly and we’re glad we had the opportunity to meet him. I look forward to coming back and staying again on our next visit to Charlotte. Marshall is a “Super Host” and this home will meet all your expectations and more!
