My family and I spent 4 days at this location. The neighbors and neighborhood were very nice. There was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores were all in about 5-10 minutes away. When she said “prime location”,,, yes it definitely is. My family is already talking about staying there if we’re to visit again. We had a great time,,, thank you so much.

Sunshin hosted 16 Michigan-based college athletes for a week in April. The house was very clean, spacious, and we were very comfortable staying there during our tournament. We recommend for any large groups who need a place to stay while residing in the Charlotte/Rock Hill area.

Our stay was absolutely perfect under the circumstances. A family member passed away and we quickly needed to find a spacious home to meet and accommodate our large family. Sunshin’s place was perfect. We could not have asked for a more comfortable place to gather and enjoy each other’s company. Large bedrooms with spectacular bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room for everyone, a peaceful living-room area and a spacious backyard. Sunshin was responsive, accommodating and gracious to the family. Sunshin’s place is wonderful for family gatherings. Thank you for making this sad time a memorable and comfortable experience.
