Our family enjoyed the home, especially the nice firepit! Great location with several shops, restaurants, parks within walking distance. The closest grocery store is literally right behind the house so easy peasy when you need/want something like MORE FIREWOOD! The neighborhood was in full bloom with azaleas and dogwoods everywhere.

We had a lovely time in the Dilworth neighborhood! We enjoyed the firepit two nights in a row. Jason told us where to buy firewood at a store around the corner.

We had a great stay at Jason's place. We were there for ten days while we were in town for family reasons. Jason was super-responsive with the few items we needed help with during our stay, and was warm and accommodating. We really appreciated the prompt communication and attention and care they gave to hosting us. The house is ideally located in an historic neighborhood of Charlotte across from a park with lovely paths and a playground that is a short walk away. It's also a quick walk to a great local coffee shop (Backyard Brew), as well as grocery stores, and a number of other shops and restaurants. The home is lovely. There are two ensuite bedrooms on the second floor, and four bedrooms on the main floor (one in the front, the other three in back). The kitchen is open and nice for cooking, and the main living and dining area is ideal for groups (there were 6-10 of us during our stay) to hang out together. It was a comfortable space, and we would be happy to stay again.

The house was so close to everything in Charlotte without being right in the hustle and bustle of everything. The home was exactly what we needed out of our trip with enough space to relax together and have our own rooms.
