A clean and comfortable cottage on the outskirts of the town with modern appliances and an en-suite bedroom, bathroom and wc on the ground floor. Within easy walking distance of the town and a leisurely 30 minute walk to the railway station. Burton is well served with shops and restaurants and is proud of its long heritage in the brewing industry. Felicity was easily contacted and helpful with check-in instructions. We enjoyed our weekend in Burton and the property was perfect for our needs.

The property was very clean throughout and the Christmas tree was a nice little extra touch. Communication before and through the whole stay was great. The house is in a great location not far from shops and town centre. From beginning to end the whole experience helped made Christmas a very special one and we would stay again and recommend the property to friends and family who may visit the area in the future.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au 331 Wellington. Philly a été très réactive et très claire dans la présentation du logement !Nous avons eu un appel en amont pour avoir toutes les explications nécessaires et nous avons apprécié. L’appartement était très propre et bien rangé. 3 WC c’est super ! Pour se garer c’est très pratique d’avoir une place privée ! Ce que nous regrettons concerne la taille des lits deux places, nous les avons trouvé trop petit (120cm et 140cm ?) et literie trop souples pour nous. Dans la cuisine, nous n’avons pas trouvé la machine à café et le revêtement des poêles et casseroles étaient hors d’usage (rayés ++). Dernier point concerne le bruit de la route très présent même la nuit.

The house in many ways was right for what we needed - a base for the activities we had planned in the area. It was clean and the communication between host / company and us was excellent. The only problem was that stairs were steep and lots of them which was tricky for my octogenarian parents - if this was stated somewhere in the info then I missed it and that’s my fault - however, that is important info if you’ve not added it already. Thank you.
