We had a really great stay at The Stable Loft. It was a lovely space to spend time with fabulous views in a wonderful location right beside Loch Tummel. It is very well equipped with everything that you could possibly need and was scrupulously clean. Jennie and Andy were really friendly and helpful hosts who couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. We would recommend The Stable Loft as a fabulous place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over New Year. The surrounding countryside is perfect for quiet walks. The house itself was lovely and clean and had everything we needed especially for cooking. The beds are really comfortable too. We will be back! Jennie left a lovely welcome basket with groceries including home made scones and mince pies! Thank you Jennie and Andrew!

SIMPLY STUNNING -What a superb place to stay. From the quality bedding to the fully equipped kitchen this is such a lovely place. The welcome basket was fully packed with local produce and was such a nice touch. There were blankets, treats and towels for our dog which she loved. We stayed over Christmas and there was even a tree up for us. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Don’t hesitate to book and stay there.

A beautiful property in an outstanding location. The Stable Loft was warm and extremely comfortable with a fantastic view from every window! We particularly loved the red squirrels and the birds feeding right outside the dining room window

Beautiful place in stunning surroundings. We wanted to get away from it all and this was the perfect place. Both the loft and the surroundings are even better than they look on the photos. The living area is spacious and homely and has the most stunning window view. Family friendly additions throughout and just a short walk through the garden to the loch edge with views of Scheihallion. We didn’t venture out of the Tay forest because there are so many beautiful walks close by. Jennie gives lots of helpful information before your stay and was incredibly helpful when called on during the stay. It really felt like we were welcome guests with lots of thoughtful details, most notably the amazing welcome basket full of delicious local products and essentials which kept us going for the first night and morning after a long drive until we got to the shops. The road from Pitlochry is long, narrow and very high so we used the Aberfeldy road which is longer but quicker. Highly recommend
