This place is a two-star going on five star potential. 3 major issues: 2. Ant infestation and the constant stream of them coming in.. Everywhere from kitchen, beds, mirror, dining table, and entertainment center. hundreds of ants streaming in through the front door and continuing to come even after spraying with alcohol and when bringing to his attention he did not want to provide bug spray because some guests don't like the smell which sounded to me like he knew there was a problem and decided not to treat it. 2. Free street parking is not available or realistic. Only a few spots for an entire skyrise condominium. Should not advertise free street parking as it's impossible to get. 3. Mold in the washing machine that made it unusable, moldy smelling fridge, and moldy shower head. it has a lot of amenities and features that would make it great if it wasn't for the three big issues that I had.

The place is super worth it. It comes with everything you need and even more. We were able to wash our clothes, cook our food, etc. Tho the pool was under maintenance but still the accommodation is great. It is good for 2-4 people. The space is just right. And the host accommodates our texts, he helped inform us of where to ride airport transfer, etc. It is also situated at the center, 9 minute-walk from ayala centrio, gaisano and sm. Highly recommended place!
